Faux Leather

I learned this technique from my upline Amy. This was my first try since our tutorial. Doesn't it look like the real thing ?!!!! (it sold my hubby) all you do is:
1. Cut foam sheet larger than image to be stamped.
2. Ink stamp and have waiting on the stamp pad.
3. Using heat tool, heat foam until it starts curling up.
4. Quickly stamp image-press firmly and hold for 20 seconds.
5. Remove stamp and trim foam to desired size.

Memory Page in a Box

Directions:
Take a 12 X 12 piece of CS and score at 4'' on all four sides, fold up to create box. For the top you need a 6-7/8 X 6-7/8 piece of CS and score it at 1-3/8 on all four sides. Then just decorate to your liking. =)

Thanks to Linda for sharing this clever idea on her blog.

I saw some of these glass ornaments all done up the other day; and thought what a simple and clever idea. So I made some for my down lines and faithful stampin buddies for Christmas.
