I got this idea from Patty Zeitler on Stampin Connection. I did change it up a little. It was such a cute idea; had to try it for myself. I was so excited to make one for a friend of mine that is expecting any day.

1'' baby you can find at just about any party/craft store
clear bubble bath ( so the baby has a slow floating effect) then sealed it with a piece of transparency before attaching to card.

I was so excited about the outside of my card I forgot to take a picture of the inside.
