I know I've made these before.
But never hurts to be reminded of simplicity crafts.
1. you will need a 4-1/2 X 6-1/2 sheet of dsp
2. you will need sticky strip to apply on one side of the inner.
3. attach to make a round tube
4. now on one side; you will need to attach sticky strip
to one end (only half way across)
5. flip over and do same thing; on opposite direction of where
you applied the first time. then pinch together.
It should now look like this.
Decorate to your desire. =)
